Our software provides for Instant Feedback through the inbuilt report mechanism as well as the use of our Social Media accounts to post questions for clarification.

Typically the workflow for getting feedback goes like this:

1. You use the review option button within the software to launch the following form:

Input the ID for the Question to Review

2. You then input the ID of the Question you want to review:

3. A form will show up with all the details of the Question with the ID you input.

If you are not satisfied / understand the explanation, you can reach us with the ID and we will clarify it for you.

NB: After every test – you get a Results Form (such as the one below) where you can click a Question to review it!
